An woman has been spying on a known criminal organization and has finished securing the data on a chip--now hidden on her person. An assassin murders her and tries to location the chip but to no avail. Later, in the morgue, he makes another attempt, this time successful.

If you liked "Morgue Story I" and "II", "III", this is all that and more. Great kill scene with wonderful make up effects, a nice long exam, lots of body manipulation, detailed body and hair washing, necro, and an after exam y-incision scene, will make this a great addition to your collection.
